Andrea Forsht is a people-first culture leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling programs that elevate the employee experience and drive meaningful, inclusive change. With a career spanning tech, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, Andrea has led high-impact initiatives across DEIB, internal communications, engagement, and social impact.

She currently serves as the Senior Director, Employee Experience and Development at Parachute Health, where she’s focused on creating a connected, inclusive, and high-performing remote-first culture.

Heatherjean MacNeil is currently an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, where her research and teaching focus on entrepreneurship, feminist leadership, and inclusive innovation. A serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur, Heatherjean has led several ventures with lasting social impact. She founded Proxy Apparel, a mission-driven brand supporting worker-owned cooperatives, and co-founded Babson’s Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab, which has propelled hundreds of women-led startups in Boston and Miami. She also played a key role in expanding Orange Grove Consulting, a women-owned DEI firm, and most recently helped advance the mission of Calling All Crows, an international feminist nonprofit harnessing music for social change.
