Stacey Gallaway

Founder | Managing Director

Focus: Organizational Assessment & Growth, Storytelling, Audience Engagement

Stacey is an organizational development and growth leader known for weaving creative agility with strategic vision to deepen social impact. She manages GCG with over 20 years of experience and has partnered with more than 100 purpose-driven ventures and cross-sector initiatives on assessment, strategy, and implementation, leadership capacity building, storytelling, program and fund development, and community-driven solutions. Stacey leads by listening deeply to the lived and learned experiences of communities and is adept at increasing awareness of organizational and structural barriers to equity and impact and motivating people-centered policies, programs, and practices. She believes in the shared humanity that binds us together.

Prior to founding GCG, Stacey led the conception and implementation of the New York Screen Actors Guild Foundation where she tripled active membership and facilitated the successful completion of a feasibility study and operational strategy that led to the opening of the state-of-the-art New York Actors Center in Lincoln Center. Later, Stacey served as the first Director of Venture Growth & Sustainability at Leadership for Educational Equity where she supported early-stage venture founders and seasoned executive directors in realizing their vision for civic change. Stacey was instrumental in prioritizing and supporting the leadership of women and historically marginalized identities, working to increase access and opportunity to social entrepreneurship training, sustainable funding sources, mentor matching, and strengths-based leadership and technical coaching.

A dedicated educator and joyous mobilizer, Stacey has designed and facilitated in-person and virtual courses and workshops on Creative Collaboration, The Creative Economy, Design Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking, Storytelling for Impact, Values-Driven Relational Practices, and Senior Experiences for academic institutions and social enterprises. She creates supportive and playful spaces for leaders to identify and tap into their purpose, passion, and values and develop inspiring narratives and relational strategies for social impact.

Stacey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Performance Studies from Northwestern University and holds a MPS in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband Josh, a scientist, and their sons Leo and Raimi. You can find her on the weekends gazing at her garden, meticulously planting and weeding, and watching the rainbow of colors grow.

Sarah Cusick

Founder, Meetinghouse Coaching & Consulting

and Training

Sarah (she/her) is the Founder of Meetinghouse Coaching & Consulting, where she provides executive coaching and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting. She has supported a wide range of individual and organizational development and leverages 15+ years of experience to support leaders across multiple sectors and identities, and develop other coaches.

Sarah has held senior roles in DEI as well as Learning & Development at The Atlantic, as a consultant with The Obama Foundation, and supporting Teach For America alumni. She has built coaching, DEI, and leadership development systems, processes, and programs, and served as primary advisor for a range of staff-led groups (DEI Committee, Employee Resource Groups, and Allyship Teams). She was recently featured as a presenter at Columbia University’s International Coaching Conference, speaking on the importance of cultural competency for coaches and leaders.

Sarah is a proud International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach and holds a Masters in Social Work Policy from the University of Connecticut.

Caitlin Fisher

Focus: Strategic Planning, Program Design & Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement

Caitlin (she/her) is a social impact leader passionate about developing talent pipelines, programs, and purpose-driven organizations. She leads GCG’s strategic planning portfolio and applies 17+ years in the field to guide community-driven strategy development and social change. 

Catlin’s work includes pioneering cross-sector equity and leadership initiatives at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, guiding talent strategies and fund development with Causewave, and supporting strategy and capacity building planning with nonprofit organizations across the country. Her decade-long experience in philanthropy at the Hunt Alternatives Fund fueled her passion for supporting individual and collective agency to drive social change. As the Director of the Prime Movers program, she supported an inspiring community of social movement leaders, empowering them to effectuate cultural shifts, policy changes, and widespread mobilization.

Caitlin has completed the Support Center’s Strategic Planning Institute. She graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University and holds certificates in Management and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University.


Xiania Foster

Focus: Research and Analysis, Assessment and Planning, Facilitation

Xiania (she/her) has dedicated her career to advancing the field of education and equitable access and opportunity for youth. Her wide-ranging experience includes policy work, school leadership, philanthropic consultation, convening and facilitating stakeholders for collective impact, and graduate-level instruction for future educators and administrators.

Xiania began her career as an elementary school teacher in Newark Public Schools. Her interest in expanding early-childhood literacy motivated her to engage in field research, develop and lead workshops with educators, serve as the Education Policy Analyst in the Newark Mayor’s Office, join BRICK academy as an early childhood director, and lead as vice-president of a turnaround school. 

Xiania holds a BA in English from Mount Holyoke College, a MA in Education in Teaching Literacy and General Education from Bank Street College of Education, and a MA in Building Leadership from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She serves on the governing boards of the Paterson Education Fund and Westover School.

Peter Newman

Focus: Business Development Lead, Restorative Justice, Civic and Community Engagement

Peter’s (he/him) experience as a lawyer, educator, restorative trainer, and expert facilitator enables communities to engage authentically and move forward purposefully. For 20+ years, his work has focused on equity and inclusion, leadership development, and conflict resolution.

Peter’s portfolio includes serving as a founding regional director and providing policy, advocacy, community organizing, and elected leadership development to over 2000 members. In this role, he improved workforce development program participation from historically marginalized groups, leading to significant gains in representation through elected offices and talent pipelines. A juvenile justice advocate, Peter co-designed violence intervention and prevention hubs in Chicago, IL and co-founded an organization that used peacemaking circle processes to enhance relationships among families to prevent ongoing court involvement.

Peter is an internationally recognized speaker on restorative practices. He received his LLM in Child Law and Family Advocacy at Loyola Law School, Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law, and a BA from Muhlenberg College.

 

Jodi A. Wolin

Founder, inspired philanthropy 

Focus: Fundraising, Board Development, Non Profit Leadership

Jodi (she/her) is the Founder of inspired philanthropy and an experienced fundraiser who celebrates philanthropy and generosity and pushes boundaries. Jodi began her fundraising career at Boston Children’s Hospital and has since held a variety of increasing leadership roles in Boston nonprofits. In addition, she spent several years at Development Guild providing consulting services to nonprofits.

Jodi has a strong track record and a wealth of experience in fundraising, Board development, non-profit management, and coaching. Throughout her career, Jodi has secured over $100 million for a range of organizations from small and start-up NGOs to larger, more complex organizations.

Jodi has served on the Women’s Advisory Board of the Boston Chamber of Commerce since 2014 and is an annual guest lecturer on fundraising at several Boston colleges. In 2020, Jodi was awarded the University of Massachusetts Center for Collaborative Leadership’s “Leading the Way” Award for exceptional character throughout one’s career. 

Tanya St. Julien (TSJ)

Founder, First Years Leadership Solutions

Focus: Leadership Development, Team Capacity Building, Management Support

TSJ (she/her) is the Founder of First Years Leadership Solutions, where she strengthens leaders and teams navigating the first years of transition or change. Her coaching, team capacity building, and leadership development work centers the value of lived experiences and collective knowledge to lift positive social change for Black and Brown communities that have been disproportionately impacted by inequity.

TSJ is an unbound Black woman, bolstered by her incredible faith and her love for the limitlessness of Black and Brown people. She is passionate about partnering with leaders to guide organizations through complex scenarios, building and rebuilding, and cultivating diverse, inclusive, and resilient teams. Her work leverages 20+ years of experience in start-ups, government and civic leadership, and senior-level nonprofit management.

TSJ holds a MEd in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and a BA in History and Political Science from Boston University. She is the proud daughter of Haitian immigrants.

 

Neha Kale

Founder, Kale Consulting

Focus: Leadership Development, Coaching, Organizational and Strategic Planning

Neha (she/her) is the Founder of Kale Consulting, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership capabilities, cultivate talent, and build thriving cultures. With over 20 years of experience, Neha has collaborated with diverse global and domestic organizations, from social enterprises to Fortune 100s, supporting leadership teams focus on people and culture to accelerate impact.

Most recently,  Neha established comprehensive leadership development programs at Avenues, The World School, supporting 800+ colleagues across the US, Brazil, and China. Neha's approach is rooted in her belief that empowering individuals is key to building thriving organizations. Her contributions have impacted a range of organizations including Acumen Fund, UK Royal Navy, The Broad, Achieving the Dream, and many  K-12 institutions such as Achievement First, New Millennium Academy, District of Columbia Public Schools, and Rocketship Public Schools.

She holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in social entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Lori Clement-Largie 

Focus: Talent Recruitment, Compensation Analysis, Organizational Design 

Lori (she/her) is a Principal with DRG, a talent advisory firm, where she focuses on supporting nonprofits with executive recruitment and equity-based approaches to talent management such as organizational design, compensation, performance and other policies and practice.  She takes an inclusive high-touch approach to recruitment using a methodology that reduces bias and ensures team buy-in of the new hires.

Lori leads client engagement efforts with nonprofits in all sectors and brings specialized experience to those focused on Youth, Education, and Social Justice. She has a background in education policy in New York State as well as marketing and business development for nonprofit consultancies. 

Lori holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Syracuse University. She is a proud Mom of three and lives in North Carolina. When not supporting clients, she can be found with her kids doing early morning dance parties, hiking, or reading science fiction.

Khayeni (she/her) is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in UX/UI and branding. She has worked as an integrative designer focusing closely on digital and user interface design over the past 10 years. She has acted as an independent user experience consultant, and has advised and executed design thinking to grow small and mid-size businesses. Additionally, she’s assisted large companies in brand and web development, through human-centered design practices. Khayeni has worked across industries ranging from emerging tech to government to music entertainment. She has a keen interest in product design and is deeply passionate about social justice, human rights, and travel.
